Return & Shipping

Shipping

  • There are no shipping costs for your order.

  • You will receive a Track & Trace code as soon as your order has been shipped.

  • We ship your order the very next day after purchase.


Returns

  • Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused and undamaged, including labels and packaging.

  • Products that are not suitable for hygiene reasons (e.g., lingerie or swimwear) cannot be returned.

  • Notify your return via info@miller-and-rose.com and follow the return instructions.

  • After receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

Received the wrong or damaged product?

  • Send an email immediately with your order number to info@miller-and-rose.com.

  • We will arrange a refund so you can place a new order.

Wrong size, color, or defective product:

  • If you received the wrong size or color, contact our customer service at info@miller-and-rose.com.

  • Not satisfied with your product? You can return it for a refund, which allows you to order a new product. Note: direct exchanges are not possible.

  • If the product is defective, contact us before returning it. We will help you find a suitable solution.


Refunds

  • After sending your products back, you will receive a Track & Trace code to follow your return.

  • Want your return processed faster? Send the Track & Trace code to info@miller-and-rose.com and we’ll handle it.

  • For cancellations, we refund all costs within 14 days after you inform us about your return.

  • Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • We will wait to process your return until we have received and checked the products for proper condition.
